What backups are included?
All cPanel accounts belonging to a reseller are backed up daily. We include 21 daily backup points plus 2 monthly backup points as standard.
Where are the servers located?
We host within Coventry and London datacentres in the UK. Both datacentres are ISO27001 certified and built to an exceedingly high specification with full network, power and cooling diversity.
What's the DDoS Protection?
Our services benefit from always-on protection by Corero Edge Threat Defense mitigation solutions.
DDoS Protection is provided on a best-effort basis.
Advanced DDoS mitigation is available for an additional cost.
Can I send bulk mail? Is Port 25 open?
Port 25 is blocked and will only be lifted on services with more than 3 months prepayment on accounts with good standing. Our services must not be used for bulk or unsolicited mail purposes.
If you must send mail from your VPS then we suggest you use a third-party relay.
Where are the backups located?
We retain backups both on the server for speedy restorations as well as on a remote server in a different datacentre on a different network to ensure full diversity.
How quickly is my order processed?
Orders that pass our automated fraud detection are processed automatically upon receipt of successful payment.
Orders that are flagged for manual review are usually processed within 3 to 6 hours. Avoid being on a VPN during your order!
Can I scan my site for malware?
New files are automatically scanned for malware however you also have the option to initiate an in-depth scan at your own will. Malware Scanner which will detect and carefully clean up any malicious injections and web-shells from both files and databases keeping websites operational. One-click clean-up, prevention from re-infections and detailed reports on executed actions.
What support is included?
We provide support for assistance or issues relating to the hosting platform we provide. This primarily includes, but not limited to, the performance, security and uptime of the hosting servers.
For issues relating to customer websites that are not caused by our hosting platform, support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.
We do not provide assistance to resellers end-users or sub-accounts.
WHY NO UNLIMITED STORAGE OPTIONS?
“Unlimited Storage” is often used as a questionable marketing tactic to get customers in the door and appear better than the competition. Buried deep within T&Cs, you’ll often find that providers who advertises “unlimited storage” do mandate a cleverly-written fair usage term, whether that’s a fixed percentage of the total server storage space, a fixed percentage per resource or otherwise.
We prefer to be realistic and transparent with our offerings.
