A cPanel Solo Licence is included as standard, this allows for a single cPanel account on the server. See below for full list of add-ons available.
The cPanel Licence is upgradeable at any time. Prepayment Discount excludes licencing costs.

Server Management
We proactively monitor the services on the server and carry out routine health checks for backups, updates and security. 1 Hour of System Administration / Support time is included per month. Additional Support available at a cost.
Initial Optimization & Security Tuning
We carry out an initial optimization of the web services based on the type of content that will be hosted. As well as initial software firewall tuning and ImunifyAV as standard.
Remote Backups Included
We include a 1:1 ratio of backup space for the purposes of remote backups stored in another location. i.e. If you have a server with 100GB storage we provide 100GB of off-site FTP space too.
Proactive Security Updates
We install and tweak the software firewall on your server to suit the service you'll be hosting on it. Routine security scans and updates are carried out by our team to stay 1 step ahead.

Redundant Nameservers
We provide the option of having a DNS cluster spread across two geographically redundant datacentres. This ensures that your DNS records are available if the DNS service on the server or the server itself goes down for any reason. Whilst the websites on the server may be unavailable, DNS records would still be resolvable which is particularly useful for mail handled off-server.

Frequently Asked Questions
We provide a 1:1 ratio of on-server storage space to off-site remote backup storage space.
For example, a server with 80GB of storage will benefit from 80GB of remote storage for the purpose of backups.
Backups are kept on a remote server in a different datacentre. If there is sufficient space then we’ll also keep a copy of backups on your server too for speedy restores.
We provide; initial server security hardening, an initial generic optimization which can later be fine-tuned depending on the use case, proactive response to monitored alerts, routine security and backup checks, update management.
We include up to 45 minutes of support per month for administration per server. The routine checks and time involved in responding to alerts is not counted towards this 45 minutes.
Additional support time may be charged at £40/hour.
Managed cPanel VPS or Managed cPanel Server orders are usually fulfilled within 24-hours of receiving payment however may take longer for a particularly custom requirement or dedicated server order.
Depending on availability and service ordered, your server may be located in Midlands, UK or London, UK. Both datacentres are ISO-27001 certified and built to an exceptionally high specification with full redundancy for power, cooling and network.
As part of the management; we will provide 24/7 uptime monitoring of your server as well as resource-level monitoring to ensure that your server is not maxing out CPU/RAM/Storage etc. If an alert is received by our team then we guarantee to investigate it within 10 minutes.
We monitor the services running on the server such as Apache/LiteSpeed, MySQL/MariaDB, DNS and Email services and proactively respond in the event of a service failure.
We also include monitoring of one domain per server.
