Pay-as-you-Grow Reseller Hosting

We provide support for assistance or issues relating to the hosting platform we provide. This primarily includes, but not limited to, the performance, security and uptime of the hosting servers.

For issues relating to customer websites that are not caused by our hosting platform, support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

We do not provide assistance to resellers end-users or sub-accounts.

The easiest way? Contact us! We’ll evaluate your existing environment and come up with a good plan to keep any possible disruption to a minimum. Sit back and relax whilst we do the lifting and shifting.

In the majority of cases, inbound migrations are provided at no cost, however, this is subject to evaluation first and fees may apply for complex or length migration processes.

Absolutely! We take every precaution possible to provide a safe and secure hosting environment. From physically locked racks in an ISO-27001-certified datacentre at the very foundation, to strict access-control to our servers.

We include Imunify360 with all reseller hosting plans which provides a Web Application Firewall which receives constant updates to detect new threats, as well as active file upload scanning and bad bot protection.

Sure! If you find you need more resources then we can upgrade your plan with no interruption. Likewise if you feel like you’ve bought a plan too high then we can downgrade to a lower plan. This includes cPanel account quota upgrades in increments of 25.

Our hosting plans are not designed for very high-volume mailing. We recommend that you use a dedicated mail service provider (i.e. Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Sendgrid, Sendinblue, Mailgun, Mailchimp) if you have heavy email requirements.

For general email account hosting and website emails, we apply a restriction of a maximum 200 outgoing emails per hour with a fair usage limit of 2000 outgoing emails per month. We understand that some months are busier than others so do make exceptions for special cases however if you are consistently above the fair usage limit then you may be asked to upgrade your plan to accommodate higher sending limits.

Alternatively, you can contact our support to opt-out of MailChannels outbound relay and purchase a dedicated IP address to have no outgoing mail restrictions (providing the mail being sent is not spam nor threatens the integrity of our hosting reputation).

No!

“Unlimited Storage” is often used as a questionable marketing tactic to get customers in the door and appear better than the competition. Buried deep within T&Cs, you’ll often find that providers who advertises “unlimited storage” do mandate a cleverly-written fair usage term, whether that’s a fixed percentage of the total server storage space, a fixed percentage per resource or otherwise.
