To report junk email or abuse issues please email [email protected].
This acceptable use policy governs your use of the services we provide (“Hosting Services”). Your use of the Hosting Services means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement to our terms and conditions. AllHost may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without notice.
The Hosting Services are provided by AH Cloud Ltd t/a AllHost.
AllHost reserve the right to block port 25 or other such ports or service if suspicious activity is suspected or excessive complaints are received relating to a customers service.
0. Resource Usage & Fair Usage.
You agree not to unnecessarily use assigned resources in a manor that may prove wasteful or threatening towards the integrity, security or overall performance of the AllHost services. We reserve the right to limit the resources of any users that may be using their service in a way that impacts other users of AllHost services.
Due to the nature of the service, the CPU, Network and Storage I/O resources are considered a shared resource amongst other users on the same physical server. Excessive usage of a shared resource may result in service throttling, reboot, shutdown or suspension. An example of this would be using over 80% of your allocated CPU, Network or storage I/O resource for more than 180 minutes frequently throughout the billable month.
If your bandwidth limit is exceeded then your VPS will be throttled to 2Mbps, alternatively you can order additional bandwidth.
If you have ordered UNMETERED bandwidth then there are no fair usage terms associated with this, you are welcome to use as much bandwidth as your port supports providing it is not done so in an abusive manor (i.e. outgoing malicious traffic) or for serving content that may be deemed as illegal in the UK.
If you require dedicated resources then please get in touch for a custom quote.
1. Your VPS data & backups.
Customers must take their own backups of data. Whilst AllHost will make every effort to prevent data loss and take backups of the hypervisors, data backups are not implied and ultimately, customers are responsible for taking regular off-site backups of their data.
2. Technical Support Scope.
Virtual Servers are provided on an unmanaged basis unless otherwise stated (i.e. Managed cPanel VPS), as a result of this, the level of support we provide is limited only to providing assistance to ensure there are no faults with the host hardware, network or OS deployments. Extra support provided is done so at the discretion of the AllHost team.
3. No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive User Content, or Use.
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use, the Services for any illegal, criminal, unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use or enterprise, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available information or content (including User Content) that is illegal, unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive. You will not collect replies to messages sent from another internet service provider if those messages violate this AUP or the acceptable use policy of that provider.

- Monitoring or Crawling. Monitoring or crawling of a System that impairs or disrupts the System being monitored or crawled.
- Denial of Services (DoS). Inundating a target with communications requests so the target either cannot respond to legitimate traffic or responds so slowly that it becomes ineffective.
- Intentional Interference. Interfering with the proper functioning of any System, including any deliberate attempt to overload a system by mail bombing, news bombing, broadcast attacks, or flooding techniques.
- Operation of Certain Network Services. Operating network services like open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers.
- Avoiding System Restrictions. Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on a System, such as access and storage restrictions.

We may also take legal action to enforce our rights, and/or report you to appropriate law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE OBLIGED TO COOPERATE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT WHERE APPLICABLE.
Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information. We also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing information related to alleged violations of this AUP.
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we also may share and/or use your information to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of AllHost, our services, any third party, or the general public; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, cybersecurity, cybercrimes or technical issues; to prevent or stop any activity that AllHost, in its sole discretion, may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, or legally actionable; to use as evidence in litigation; to conduct audits; and/or to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy.
AllHost does not control or endorse the Content, messages or information found in the Services and, therefore, AllHost specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Service.
